This ballast allows 50 Hertz to 60 Hertz and has a Power Factor of 99.9%.
The Quantum Digital Ballast runs 15% cooler than other digital ballasts and produces the most stable output frequency of any ballast on the market.
It features a higher lumen output than magnetic ballasts and is lightweight and requires no maintenance.
